We learn independently, we share knowledge collaboratively. This allows us to approach problems with different strategies, depending on the specific circumstances.

When Joachim doesn't orchestrate our render farm he takes important phone calls.

Ann-Kathrin helped us out with analog art skills but finally fell in love with her graphics tablet.

Fenghao
Tang supports us with the development of an Windows Phone 7 application. He also learns how OAuth works.
3D Artists should be familiar with Autodesk products and provide work examples.
Web Developers must be familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, PHP or Ruby.
