Product AI: voice/NPC (MediTrain VR), inspection (GodView), semantic 3D maps (TEMA), scenarios (feir). You make AI production-ready in Unreal/web and drive dev-AI standards.

Yes: LLMs, speech, vision, agents in products and the editor.
No: Safe, productive AI coding tools (Cursor, agents, MCP) are mandatory. If that's not you, please don't apply.
Tasks
- Product AI: LLM/speech/vision in Unreal and/or SvelteKit; latency, fallbacks, GDPR, logging
- Voice/TTS/STT, training NPCs; CV/inspection; dev AI: MCP, agents, tests for AI features
- Metrics (cost, errors, acceptance); on-site work with Unreal, web, PM
Profile
- Python, TypeScript, Unreal C++ (two solid); LLMs in real apps, not toy chatbots
- Speech/vision, agents/MCP a plus; shipped product AI and AI-assisted coding practice
- German or English; daily presence in Kiel or Monheim
We offer
Permanent role as AI champion in our XR/twin house; shape workflows (Cursor, skills). Home office per team rules only.
